Georgina Woudstra is a Master Certified Coach and the founder of the Team Coaching Studio.
With over three decades of coaching experience, she is widely recognised as a pioneering voice in team coaching.
Her acclaimed book Mastering the Art of Team Coaching has shaped the field’s understanding of emergent, contact-based approaches.
Grounded in Gestalt and systems thinking, Georgina’s work supports coaches and teams to engage with the deeper dynamics that drive transformation.

Designer of the Courage and SparkTM brand and founder of Peter Bluckert Consulting, recognised practice leaders in the Gestalt approach to vertical leadership development, Peter has created and led four international organisation development consultancies.
During a consultancy and coaching career spanning over forty years, working with executives and teams from a wide range of private and public-sector organisations, he has built a reputation as both a thought-leader and innovative curator of transformational learning experiences.
His desire to see improved standards in the field of Executive Coaching led him to join forces with other coaching pioneers to co-found the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) in 2000, and become a founder member of the Association of Executive Coaches and Supervisors (APECS).
Best described as a Practitioner and Writer, rather than Academic, he nonetheless believes that sound theory strengthens good practice and has published several coaching books.

The Brazil Retreat is the brain child of TCS Brazil Retreat, Caroline Souto.
Caroline discovered coaching while working as a management consultant at one of Brazil's largest consulting firms.
She immediately understood the power of coaching language and philosophy to promote learning at various levels and generate more sustainable results. Since then, she's dedicated herself to supporting leaders, teams and organisations in building a more just, conscious and sustainable world.
As well as growing TCS in her region, she co-hosts our Diploma programmes, runs community sessions and leads TCS group supervision programmes.
Caroline has worked with leaders and teams across different industries, and her sweet spot is with clients who are available to learn and grow.
She's passionate about human development and finds joy in supporting people as they discover new possibilities of being.
She holds a degree in Economics and a Master's in Anthropology of Organisations.
Caroline is deeply curious and loves learning, meeting different people and experiencing different cultures.
She loves to travel and says she never imagined how much coaching would change her life and put her where she belongs in the world.

The price does not include travel, accommodations, breakfast or evening meals.

We will convene together at Casa Casulo, Sao Paulo, Brazil

We will confirm the Retreat is running when we reach minimum numbers and no less than 30 days before the event start.
If you make any travel or accommodation plans before the programme is confirmed, please ensure you are familiar with the provider’s cancellation policy.
