Georgina Woudstra

Founder & Master Certified Coach

  • Georgina is the founder of Team Coaching Studio and a Master Certified Coach with over three decades of experience. She is widely recognised as a pioneering voice in team coaching, and her acclaimed book Mastering the Art of Team Coaching has shaped the field's understanding of emergent, contact-based approaches. Grounded in Gestalt and an emergent approach, Georgina's work supports coaches and teams to engage with the deeper dynamics that drive transformation. She writes regularly for Coaching at Work and co-hosts the Teams Transformed podcast.

    Georgina is the founder and Principal at Team Coaching Studio. Team Coaching Studio offers internationally recognised ICF-accredited programmes for independent and in-house coaches.

  • Allard de Jong is a transformative facilitator known for his evocative exploration of what lies beneath the surface in human and team dynamics. With a background in communication and professional development, Allard brings a unique blend of academic knowledge, humour, and emotional depth to his work. His facilitation and coaching challenge individuals and teams to move beyond the obvious, embrace complexity, and engage with what is real and emergent in the moment. As Programme Director, Allard co-hosts the Teams Transformed podcast alongside Georgina.
