& TRANSFER

We understand that life happens and have created our cancellaton and transfer policy with that in mind. Cancellation and transfer requests may mean a programme is no longer at minimum numbers. When this happens, we may need to cancel the programme for an entire cohort. Please keep this front of mind when enrolling and when cancelling a place. Many thanks.

        Where a deposit is paid, the deposit is fully refundable within 14 days.

*In the event of a cancellation, TCS may request or retain an admin fee of up to £250 to cover transaction fees and personnel time. This applies regardless of how long in advance you cancel.

Transfers

We can only offer you a transfer to a different cohort if an alternative cohort is open for booking. Candidates can only transfer once. TCS will retain 100% of fees paid from candidates who transfer then cancel.

In certain circumstances, it is possible to transfer your booking to another candidate. Please contact admin@teamcoachingstudio.com if you would like to explore this option.

Our Cancellation and Transfer policy applies to applicants and attendees on TCS courses and events. It is subject to the terms laid out in our Terms and Conditions.
