CANCELLATION

& TRANSFER

Our Cancellation and Transfer policy applies to applicants and attendees on TCS courses and events. It is subject to the terms laid out in our Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation and transfer requests may mean we have to cancel a programme for an entire cohort so please keep this front of mind when enrolling and when cancelling a place.

Cooling off period

When you book any TCS programme or event by card, you have 14 days from the date of payment in which to cancel and receive a full refund of any fees paid, unless the programme or session begins within that 14-day window.

Where a session or programme starts within 14 days of booking, your payment is non-refundable from the point of purchase. By booking, you confirm your request for the service to begin within your statutory cancellation window.

The 14-day cooling-off period applies to consumer bookings made by card. It does not apply to business-to-business contracts arranged via invoice or purchase order.

        Where a deposit is paid, the deposit is fully refundable within 14 days.
      
        More than 61 days’ notice before the first session: no cost.

        31 to 61 days’ notice before the first session: 25% of fees paid.

        Less than 31 days’ notice before the first session: 50% of fees paid.
      
      For self funded places, interest free instalment plans are available. For Diploma students, we ask that the installment plan is in place within 14 days of securing your booking by deposit. TCS must have receipt of full payment before the final session takes place.

*In the event of a cancellation, TCS may request or retain an admin fee of up to £250 to cover transaction fees and personnel time. This applies regardless of how long in advance you cancel.

Transfers

We can only offer you a transfer to a different cohort if an alternative cohort is open for booking. Candidates can only transfer once. TCS will retain 100% of fees paid from candidates who transfer then cancel.
