  • “The various models and frameworks have been helpful, as well as really having to think about what the different sides of team coaching are. I think the most useful part has been in reflecting on my own coaching philosophy and stance, and having the confidence to keep developing that.”

    – Chandima Dutton

  • “The absolute gear change from facilitation! in fact it is almost facilitation in reverse. I loved using the different Modes more, and the chance to practise. Also huge for me was the diagnostic / input element which is more like 60% of the process, I am going to build that into my offer more firmly.”

    – Natalie Thwaite

  • “Lots of useful frameworks / breakdowns / structures – I’m always a big fan of diagrams! Main learnings / reminders however have been around philosophy and stance, a reminder of the power of coaching and trusting/allowing the team to control and direct their own learning and future. Being a catalyst.”
