Georgina has been at the forefront of Team Coaching since the 2010s, recognising that lasting organisational change comes from teams, not just individual leaders. Real transformation requires coaches to work ‘emergently,’ responding to team dynamics in real time.
She refined this approach as an in-house team coach, leading to the launch of Team Coaching Studio in 2017 and her recognition as one of the first globally certified team coaches in 2022.
A seasoned entrepreneur, Georgina understands the demands of running a practice. That’s why she updated Mastering The Art of Team Coaching, equipping coaches with the skills and strategies to thrive in this fast-growing field.
