Faculty Led Group Supervision
Small, international groups led by experienced team coaching supervisors
Frequency: Six sessions held across 6 months
Duration: 2 hours per session

ACTC Accreditation package
Our Diploma provides the training hours required by the ICF when applying for their Advanced Certification in Team Coaching. To apply for your ACTC, you also need 5 hours of team coaching supervision. This group is desinged with this in mind and is perfect for recent graduates of our Diploma programme or anyone keen to get the supervision hours required for ICF ACTC

TCS Diploma grad rate: £547 if booked within 12 months of completing part 1 of the Diploma

Supervision is distinctly different from mentoring. Where mentoring is about developing your competencies, the aim of supervision is to support your ongoing personal growth and development as a team coach. It provides a structured reflective space for team coaches to explore their practice, challenges, and development areas with experienced supervisors who are also skilled team coaches.

Team coaching supervision specifically focuses on the unique challenges and complexities that arise when coaching teams rather than individuals. It addresses the systemic nature of team dynamics, multiple stakeholder relationships and team development stages. Our team coaching supervisors bring expertise in team coaching methodologies and experience of working emergently.
We can help you navigate the more complex ethical considerations, boundary management, and intervention strategies required when working with entire teams.

Our group supervision programs require commitment to all sessions. Payment covers the entire program whether you attend all sessions or not, as your place is reserved throughout. We’re unable to offer makeup sessions or refunds for missed sessions.

We launch new Group Supervision cohorts at regular points throughout the year. Individual supervision can begin at any time, subject to supervisor availability.

There are many coach supervisors available, however very few are qualified supervisors who are also practiced and experienced Team Coaches. Team Coaching is different to one-to-one coaching, so we recommend that all practising Team Coaches receive ongoing supervision from our professional qualified Team Coaching supervisors.
